If you want authentic mexican i reccomend Que chulla es Puebla on valley street. It's right accross from the greek place "santorini" and has extra parking in the lot accross the street. Great food, staff and attitude in the place.... My fav are the quesidillas de tinga... simply cheesey goodness....

Santorini is far superior to Lefteris. peolple really need to start distingushing between real greek food and fast food greek food and the lefteris falls into that mcdonalds branding of greek food., I have also tried MYKONOS in dobbs ferry last week, they seem to be under new management, everyhthing was great, the had live greek music the night i was there. for tarrytown/sleepy hollow area the shephard pie at Doyles in sleepy hollow is to die for and service is great

Coffee Labs Roasters on Main St in Tarrytown serves the best lattes that I've found in the county. The pastries are brought in from Balthazar, and are also pretty good.
I also qualify as a supporter of Lefteris and its gyros and baklava. On the other hand, their split pea soup is best avoided unless you REALLY LIKE GARLIC. And their grilled cheese sandwich with bacon is just awful.
Main Street Sweets serves ice cream that is, I believe, locally made, perhaps even by them, but I'm hazy on those details. Anyway, the black raspberry is good, while the mint chip lacks punch.

Finalmente (Italian) in Sleepy Hollow is a new, much-needed addition to the area. Exposed brick interior, with a great wine bar. I only ate their once, but the pasta was phenomenal, the pork dish was good, and the insalate caprese was ok. Definitely worth checking out though.

re: wpfoodie
We thought Finalmente was quite good and a great addition to the area dining, don't want the word to get out to much, as they don't take reservations that it's not that big a place. We were very pleased with the whole experience and were lucky enough to meet the owner and chef the night we dined there.

re: GIOny
Skip bistro Z in the Doubletree, you may as well have my mother in law cook for you- she hasn't become aware of seasonings, she just throws things from the package to the broiler! and then cooks it till it's dead cardboard- - I think she missed that lesson in life/school.. who knows- yuk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason, the wrong restaurant got tagged in your message (odd the way Google maps works sometimes!). Let me see if I can get the right one.
Santorini Greek Restaurant

Sleepy Hollow, NY(couldn't get a Google Maps tag, but at least this is the right address)
