What to do with a load of leftover remoulade?

Perilagu Khan Apr 4, 2010 08:26 AM

For the Cajun and wannabe-Cajun Hounds, any suggestions for dealing with a mess o' leftover remoulade? I've got probably a cup and a half in a bowl in the fridge.

Use on any cold meat, fish or shell fish...Or as a spread on any of the a fore mentioned sandwiches..Thin, if needed for Salad dressing...

    Fun!

Add vodka and hot sauce. Pour it into a pretty glass & invent the "Remouladetini!" Garnish with a sliver of lemon!

The Khantessa suggested subbing remoulade for mayo in tuna salad. I'm intrigued, I must say.

        Not sure about the Remouladetini!
