Is Trader Joe's REALLY coming to Chelsea? If so, when?

Does anyone know if Trader Joe's is still planning on filling the old Barnes and Noble space on 6th ave near 21st street?

    I've seen confirmation of this from various sources this week. Supposed to open sometime in 2010. It's right around the corner from me (YAY!) so I'll be checking on the progress.

      I'm leaving the West Village to live in Chelsea (tear) so if TJ's really moves in down the street it would make this move a lot easier on me!!
