L V Superstore - Best Asian Supermarket I've Ever Seen
The latest entry in the Shun Fat market chain, the L V Superstore located in the former Albertson's store at Spring Mountain and Decatur, has immediately made it to the top of my list of favorite Asian supermarkets anywhere in the US. I think the S F Supermarket branch a mile west on Spring Mountain is in a newer structure, and their El Monte superstore in the San Gabriel Valley is a larger store, but appears to be housed in an old converted warehouse. In contrast, L V Superstore is not only large, but it's bright and neat, and has an incredible selection of grocery items. For example, I found the rice noodle section overwhelming as brand after brand were lined up on the shelves. The only thing missing from this Shun Fat location is that there is no Yum Cha Cafe.
It's in Vegas Chinatown. Outside the sign says L V Superstore & Sieu Thi Thuan Phat Supermercado, then inside it says SF Supermarket. Jeez, so many names.
It's a huge store like 99 Ranch with lots of room to move around & lots of stuff. We went here like 4 times in 5 days to get food.
Fuji apples - huge & delicious
Baked shrimp chips - love them
Baked shrimp chips hot garlic - love them lots
Seaweed to eat like snacks
We got Vietnamese sandwiches almost everyday for our lunches when we went hiking. They have a deal right now: buy 4 get 1 FREE. Regular price for one is $2.99. Sandwiches had to pay with CASH ONLY.
Grocery items can use credit cards.
Recommend this place.

I was under the impression that this store and shopping center is owned by Mr. Lee and it's focus was more of a Korean driven market. I had no idea that this is a chain. I love the SF Market on spring mountain near jones.
I have been to every asian store in town to find Kaffir lime leaves and fruit with no luck. I finally got some at the molto farmers market!
Thanks for the info.
