Grilled lamb with coconut milk p 482 original paperback edition
this is a great party dish for a sit-down dinner
Leg of lamb marinated in coconut milk w tumeric, onion, ginger, grilled, garnished with cilantro - it's really really good. Butterflied leg, but I've done it bone-in once or twice for the heck of it, in the oven and on outdoor grill. I reduce and strain the marinade for sauce; since raw meat was sitting in it, obviously the cooking down part is key.
Tend to serve this with rice and a sweet potato - red lentil dal, and green salad
