And a new tapas spot will replace it. I liked Txori a lot.

I’ll miss it too. Txori’s chef de cuisine, Joey Serquinia, now the executive chef with the departure of Joseba Jimenez de Jimenez (who is in Singapore), will continue to cook the dishes he learned from Chef Jimenez de Jimenez at Harvest Vine. Time will tell what impact the departure of Chef Jimenez de Jimenez will have. Although it may be too soon to know, are there any reports from Chowhounds who have dined recently at Harvest Vine?

Harvest Vine is as good as ever. These days it is much easier to get a table or spot at the
      counter than previously.

I had dinner at HV a while back and was totally disappointed. The food was just okay but the service was horrible!

I've enjoyed almost everything I've eaten at Txori, especially dishes involving lamb. Getting the farewell E-mail this afternoon almost made me cry. Txori and Yellow Leaf are my favorite places in Belltown to visit after work (for different reasons, obviously).

The servers were boobs, though. I hope the new place doesn't keep on any of Txori's wait staff.

The whole thing makes me very sad...but I guess it was only a matter of time before the economy began to cut into restaurants I actually like and go to. I'm afraid to see who will be next.

Good luck to the Pintxos team, hope they can keep it going.

            NO!

Txori was always pretty busy whenever I went. Maybe the business model was just unsustainable.

Say it isn't so! When? Can I get in for one last sardine?

You still have some time. Final day of service is Monday, April 19th.

          Surprised it didn't happen sooner.
