Where can I buy edible violets and roses in Manhattan?

I'd like to make a big batch of candied violets and roses this weekend, but I don't know where to buy non-treated flowers in Manhattan (though I'll travel if necessary.) thanks!

I have seen violets and nasturtiums at gourmet garage, and some other flowers I don't know the name of, but not roses.
