Help! Visited a seafood restaurant across the bridge in Boston...can't remember name!

Hey Hounds,

A few years back, I went to a large, crab shack-y type restaurant in Boston. I'd love to recommend to a friend who's visiting this weekend, but can't remember the name! We walked across a huge, wide bridge to get there. They had outdoor seating and the specials were displayed on the walls on a chalkboard. The name might've had "crabs" in it, because I remember semi-inappropriate t-shirts being sold.

Anyone know what I'm referring to? Sorry for such little specificity. Appreciate the help!

Gotta be The Barking Crab. Eat at your own risk.

No question - this is the Barking Crab. The food is OK and the atmosphere can be fun.

It's definitely the Barking Crab. The food is just Ok, but it's a nice place to be in the summer when the weather is warm. It's supposed to be in the high 70's or even 80 this weekend, so maybe they will be able to dine al fresco.

Has to be the dirtiest restaurant in Boston if not the entire New England area. Did I say restaurant? OY!

Fun location and lively crowd for happy hour, but stay in the tent, order only beer and fries, and avoid the washrooms if possible...

Thanks for all the help - didn't realize it was so gross! Maybe it's gone downhill since I went? I remember it being a fun atmosphere but don't remember the food - I suppose it was pretty unremarkable. Thanks, Hounds.
