Off the beaten path for Easter..

I've done the Hotel Del, Marine Room, La V..
I want something off the beaten path..any ideas for me?

        I'm talking brunch, lunch, cocktails, dinner, app's and drinks..
        I want this to be so not the traditional Easter..you know what I mean jelly bean?

          There was a recent promo for El Bizocho at Rancho Bernardo Inn, pretty classy place, right up your alley BC. They have a brunch menu.

                Longhorn for Easter would be a sad day for this princess so I'm thinking Bull Taco, Self Realization Temple in the gardens and then hit the beach for some waves..consider that off the beaten path of the usual traditional Easter Sunday.
