Which Meal????Which Buffet

I am coming from Chicago at the end of the month and would like to hit up a couple different buffets. I have been to LV several times, but have only been to the Wynn Buffet(which was excellent and i would return).

I have 2 Lunches, 2 Breakfasts and 1 Dinner. I am not sure if I will do all of them at a buffet, but I would like to find out which buffet is best for each meal?

Thanks for your responses.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am doing a few Ala Carte Places, just wanted some ideas for Buffets. What are your Ala Carte suggestions?

Wynn and Bellagio are the best buffets in town. Everything else pales in comparison.

Got to agree on Bellagio and Wynn. Mirage is of that quality as well. The new contender would be the M, six miles or so down the strip at Henderson. With their loose comps I got it free after playing three hours of $20.00 blackjack, and it was excellent.. In town Paris and The Spice Market at Planet Hollywood are pretty good. Harrah's and both buffets at Rio, one of which is an expensive but interesting seafood buffet, are good. MGM is bad. But don't take all your meals at buffets there are lots of ala carte options, especially for good steaks.

I'll second the Studio B buffet at M Resort. It's a different ilk from Wynn and Bellagio. Nothing terribly fancy or innovative, but I've never seen so many different choices at a buffet.

M Resort buffet includes free beer, wine, cappucino, espresso and a darn good draft root beer. Think the sefood buffet is now $30, but get a players club card and get $2 off.
