Suggestions for day trip this weekend

Hi CHers,
I would LOVE to bask in the sun and try some awesome food/wine experiences this weekend. it seems like all the maple syrup events were last weekend, so what's going on for this weekend? i wanted to head out to Prince Edward County, but am having a difficult time finding events (other than a meeting with the easter bunny) or wine tours. is there a destination i should be considering. anyplace within a 4 hour drive is game.
What is everyone else doing this holiday weekend? thank you in advance!

I am a BIG fan of Picton & Prince Edward County. The CHOW is amazing at Merrill Inn and I have never had a bad meal here. Reservations are a must! Other great destinations in the area:

County Cider - Cider house and does lunch in the orchard overlooking the lake in the summer. They make great pizzas in their outdoor oven

Waupoos Winery
Clairmount Spa
Budhha Dog
Huff Estates Winery
Black River Cheese Company

Google the 'Taste Trail' and there is whole list of 'foodie' things to do that come up. PEC is around a 2 hour drive and could be an easy day trip.
