STELLA vs BAYONA vs COCHIN

Will be in NOLA 3 nites. Going to Brigstens and Galatoires.Which of the above 3 would be best choice for 3rd nite.(Stella seems quite expensive comparatively?)

My husband and I have been to NOLA several times now & try to go to a new restaurant or 2 each time. We have not been to Bayona or Cochin but can tell you that Stella is amazing! Cuvee is outstanding - best meal we've ever had. MILA is also fantastic! You can't go wrong with any one of these...
