Looking for feseekh/fiseekh (an Egyptian dish)

This one's a toughie--there's an Egyptian fish dish called feseekh that's eaten during spring celebration. They prepare it by stuffing the fish with salt and letting it decompose for a few weeks. So...anyone know where we can eat this delicacy? Or someone who'd be able to prepare it for us?
