Looking for Red Pasta Sauce with Gorgonzola Recipe
I used to have a fantastic recipe that incorporated Gogonzola into a "typical" Italian red sauce. I think it may have also had bacon and red wine. It used to be my "go to" red sauce but it's been years since I made it and cannot find the recipe and cannot remember exactly the proportions.
Does anyone have a similar recipe to share?
Hm, that's not it but thanks for the try. It was something along the lines of sautee garlic, deglaze pan with red wine, and tomato sauce and other "typical" stuff and then throw in gorgonzola, simmer until incorporated. I'd be willing to bet the bacon would be sauteed with the garlic. Maybe I should just try making it up...
