Has anyone been yet or planning to go soon to this new place from the owners of Salt Tasting Room & Irish Heather? I'd love to hear thoughts!

I'll step away from dieting to do this one since it's bite size! :-)

Great write up & photos! That scallop dish was what sold me when I looked at the menu!

I saw this review too. Looks good. Hoping things improve on the tapas front after Cafe Barca.

            1. Didn't wow me either, but thought it was very good. Brisket meatballs were nice, but not special. Potted prawns were interesting and flavorful. Nice beet salad and delicious olive oil with serrano ham. Mushroom bruschetta was fantastic, chorizo with dark chocolate was ok. Had a nice tempranillo.

Pretty much tried everything on the menu last night after Playhouse. Potted prawns I found kinda meh and extremley congealed after couple minutes. While everything was good (the tartar, the foie, the lamb cheek and the gazpacho being the INCREDIBLE standouts) I found the portions ridiculously ridiculously small. Granted it's a tapas restaurants but even some of the more expensive meats i.e. meatballs was tiny!! Not to mention the stingy amount of bread given. HOWEVER! they are really good with bread refills (much needed with our plate of cured ham omnomnon..).and the service was impeccable. Make sure to scan the wall as well as we saw a couple of bottles that weren't listed on the menu...all in all, a definite will attend again!
