Edible pearls for cake decorating
Hi there,
I am doing my friends wedding cake and she wants pearls on her cake.. i dont want to choke anyone with buying plastic pearls so i am looking for somewhere to buy edible pearls. All the ones i have found are all online and in the US and i hate to pay for the ridiculous tax charges that come up when buying anything from the US.
Hoping there is an answer out there! :)
thanks
sam

You can get it at Michaels or any baking supply store. One of my favorites is Scoop and Save but it's Langley. Highly recommended if you're planning on making a wedding cake. They have pretty much everything you need to make a wedding cake and more.

I just saw something like that at Kitchen Therapy in Surrey...where all those new stores are at 160th and 24th. http://www.kitchentherapy.ca/

I may have seen them ("dragees" and pearls) at Gourmet Warehouse.
You can get them online from Golda's Kitchen which is based in Canada:
