Whisk LA - Excellent Coconut Macaroons

I must give post-seder props to Whisk LA for their positively insane coconut macaroons. These pyramids of chewy coconut perfection were gleefully devoured by a group of people that were already stuffed to the gills. We had three varieties: plain, dark chocolate and white chocolate. I couldn't pick a favorite; all three were scrumptious.
