In & around Wynn - looking for good breakfast, interesting/fun late dinner?

I'm not a "vegas" kind of person, but I'll be there for a conference. I'd love to make it out to Lotus of Siam, but with my schedule I'm not sure we can make it work. Anything chowhound worthy in or reasonably close by for breakfast and/or late night dinner? What upscale but not ridiculously expensive restaurants with an ethnic focus would you recommend?

I thought the breakfast at Bouchon was good. It is at the Venetian which is next door. Maybe a 10 minute walk. For dinner the only "ethnic" restaurant I ate at was Raku which was great. It is a bit off strip though. The taxi cost about $14.

Like the previous post Bouchon is a great choice for breakfast. Also, Tableau in the Wynn has a great breakfast as well.

Ethnic restaurants might be tough, unless you settle for Japanese that is not too far from the Wynn. Wing Lei in the Wynn is good but could be pricey.

The Terrace at the Wynn isn't bad if you're looking for convenience. A bit pricey but the couple of times I went, it was very good, food and service.
