Matzo (or Matzoh) Brie near Mt Airy?
I know I can get it downtown at the Terminal but I don't know where to get it closer to home. Anyone know a good place? Thanks for any suggestions!
Why not make it yourself? it is super easy. Soak the matzah (or just wet it under the kitchen faucet if you like it crispier) beak up in a bowl, add a well beatten egg. Put into a fry pan with some pil and a shake or two of onion powder. cook until done to your liking. Serve with honey or horseradish.
