Easter Brunch, Portland

I normally don't go out for Easter Brunch - but I have friends coming into town, and I want to show them a good time. They've been to Portland before, so they know what great food to expect. Any special Easter Brunch places that you could recommend?

Portland has LOADS of brunch options in general. Being in PDX on my own, my family has come into to town for Easter a few times over the last few years. I have had success at Mother's and the Heathman downtown. Both have had special Easter menus. On the East side on the Columbia is Salty's. This is a buffet style, but very good, especially with the unlimited dungeness crab available.
