Soho dinner with caveats

Gotta meet up with a friend in Soho....I'd like a non-touristy, low key, light fare, reasonable priced place for an early dinner. Friend doesn't drink.

Can you recommend your favorites?

Ditto Snack - slightly pricey but the food is always v tasty and fresh. You could also check out the early bird at La Sirene, though the food tends towards the heavier side. There's also tapas at Boqueria.
