Hall's Fried Chicken has a new location just east of Central Expressway on Forest Lane, on the north side of Forest. If you remember Top Cat, then it is that same location. Top Cat has moved further east, while Hall's has taken this location , which is maybe two blocks east of Central. Besides fried chicken, they have cat fish and breakfast itmes on their menu.
