Higgins or Le Pigeon???

Four East Coast chowhounds coming to PDX for 3 days....we will be dining at the following places:

Pok Pok
Beast
Apizza Scholls
sampling from food carts
Cupcake Jones
Saint Cupcakes
Pine State biscuits

We have one more evening reservation -- given the feast above, would you recommend Higgins or Le Pigeon?

Also, I'd replace Cupcake Jones with Sugarcube.

Sugarcube is several levels above any of those cupcake places in terms of artistry, execution, deliciousness, and quality of ingredients.

Thanks so much everyone! Leonardo, thanks for the info on Sugarcube! Will add that to my list. I vaguely recall the Pretzel Cupcake at Cupcake Jones being quite different from any other cupcake I have ever eaten, so I have to go back to double-check that, but will also check out Sugarcube!

The food is much more innovative at Le Pigeon, I love the Beef Bourginoun there. Check the chalkboard for specials and save room for dessert! :)
