Need One More Dinner Suggestion in Boston

We are a mother and three daughters who are going to Boston for a three day weekend the end of April. We have done an annual weekend trip since our Dad passed away 7 years ago, and this year we will be in Boston....just the women, no husbands! We come from Miami, Denver and Chicago and a big part of the weekend besides getting together is choosing the restaurants.

We have already decided on Mistral and Taranta and need help with the third night. We need somewhere that is moderately priced (about $30 pp without drinks) and will honor reservations. Mistral is French and Taranta is Mediterranean so maybe seafood or American.

Any ideas?

Neptune Oyster is great but doesn't take reservations.

Another option could be Hungry Mother (across the river in Cambridge, but easily accessible by cab or public transit): Southern food with an occasional French twist. Really good (especially the fried oysters, if they have them on the menu).

        Greenzebra.

Hungry Mother gets great reviews on Zagat.....sounds perfect. How long of a cab ride would it be from the Lenox Hotel in Back Bay? We are traveling with our 85 year old mother so public transport is not an option.

        Thanks for your help.

          About 10-15 minutes, I think.
