Gigi is the new urban communal dining experience in Miami. Its cutting edge, high performance, Asian inspired and freshly prepared cuisine is affordable, innovative comfort food for the modern educated discerning palate. Gigi re-imagines fast-food in a decidedly anti-fast-food way—it challenges your expectations, by offering locally grown and raised, mostly organic, artisanal food, including daily specials, at competitive prices.
Brought to you by the creator of the Townhouse Hotel, Bond Street, Bardot, Buck 15, Sra Martinez, and Miss Yip, gigi is a one–of–a-kind dining experience. From the futuristic Blackberries with which the waiters text your order directly to the chefs, to the monastery-&-kibbutz-style communal tables set as nowhere else in town, to the content driven art on the walls and the earth-conscious stark design. Gigi is an industry innovator.
Located on the same block as Bardot, gigi is the first Miami outpost of the renaissance in affordable high-end food led by Momofuko in NYC’s Chinatown and lower East Side. Open from 1130am (serving a late breakfast) till 3am on weekdays and 5am on weekends, offering appetizers from $3.00 and desserts from $1.50 and a high-energy performance-oriented open kitchen experience, gigi knows how to feed people well.
The gigi mission is to broaden the food landscape. Gig’s buns—pork buns, bbq rib buns, shiitake buns—will soon be legendary. The large variety of ramen and beer and the impeccably orchestrated, eclectic menu will leave everyone satisfied. Thanks to gigi, it is now easy to eat great food every day.
Gigi will be opening in late April
