Hello ; need recs for Seoul, Korea

Greetings to all:

I am going to be in Seoul for 12 days. Recs would be appreciated for the best local cuisine, korean or others; I am very adventurous and eat any sea creatures. The only thing I will not eat is Rat and Dog.

go to Insadong and eat at all the places up and down the little street. Fabulous food, friendly staff and wonderful ambience. esp try the korean pancakes made with potatoes, seafood or sprouts and the different kinds of chigae.
