Anyone know of a source for quality, pastured, organic, humanely raisedveal cutlets in the Seattle area?Willing to travel a bit if necessary. Thanks for any info.
Thanks to both...I will look into it.
Whole Foods might be able to help you out, as I see veal at the Roosevelt store on a fairly regular basis. You'll want to check with them for specifics, though.
Swinery Meats in West Seattle carries local humanely raised veal. They are closed for construction for a few more days, and their selection varies quite a bit (they purchase whole animals and do their own butchering), so I'd say call first.
