Headed to Victoria for spring break with children
We are headed to Victoria for spring break. We have two daughters, aged 7 & 9. Our children are reasonably adventurous eaters and quite like Japanese, Indian and Chinese, especially Chinese. Any good recommendations for eating good food with children? Thanks in advance.
Pizzeria Prima Strada (great pizza), The Pink Bicycle (burgers, onion rings, etc), Red Fish Blue Fish are my first hand recs.
There are other recs here from Victoria natives: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/616930
Of note are Mo:Le, Daidoco Deli, and quite a number of others...some more kid-friendly than others. We took our kids to Stage (which is a small plates place) and they had a good time...not really a kid place though.

It took me a while to get in here to reply; sorry public defender. I had a problem with my account and had to re-register (I used to be victoriafoodie). Anyway, there is another thread called "Kid Friendly Victoria" that would be very helpful for you. Let me find it.

pd, where are you coming from? I ask because Victoria's Chinese food scene isn't superb and if you're from San Fran or something you might be disappointed.

As you have stated that they are adventurous eaters , try Da Tandoor on Fort St. I think it is the tastiest Indian food in Victoria.
