Southern Sweden and Jutland recommendations

We'll be in Jutland for 4 days (just outside of Arhus) and in Skane for 4 days (Helsingborg) as well as Copenhagen for two days. Looking for good ideas for local dining. We will have a car and may get up to Goteburg, but we can drive a bit for the right place.
Thanks,
Greg

NOMA in Copenhagen is a must. Trio in Malmö gets good reviews as well.

If you're in Skane you should really make a visit to Malmo, Sweden's third largest city. It's not far from Helsingborg, and they've got many excellent restaurants and cafes there. I found this link which you might want to take a look at:

Having said that Malmo is fabulous, Helsingborg is one of Sweden's most restaurant dense cities, so you're bound to find something nice!
