I always see (and buy -- I love it!) Carnation malted milk at Shoprite - in the same aisle as the chocolate syrups and baking ingredients. Chef Central was mentioned. Also - they have it at Kitch & Kaffe on Rte. 117 on the Mt. Kisco/Bedford Hills border.

If you're in Westchester, Chef Central has bags of it from King Arthur Flour. Of course, you can also get it from King Arthur Flour on line.

you can get it on Amazon, 2 lbs for 14.95. Malted milk is a blend of malt and dried milk.

The carnation company sells it. (it's in a jar with screw cap). It would be in the aisle where they sell chocolate syrups , cocoa mixes etc.

You can also find out if the local Ice Cream shop would sell you a jar.

I have seen Ovaltine Malt flavor in several Asian supermarkets in Flushing. Don't remember which ones.
