North Hollywood Tacos
I will be in in North Hollywood for lunch on Friday and I am looking for some great tacos or similar. I remember some posts awhile back about where to go, but I could not find them in the search function. Please help me find some authentic yummy food for lunch.

My favorites are from the two North Hollywood El Taco Llama taco stands. The one on Sherman Way, east of Lankershim, has indoor seating and a wider selection of salsas. The one on Magnolia, east of Cahuenga, is a stand next to a car wash.
I love the asada and birria (made with lamb) tacos, with their fantastic smokey red salsa. Also, I've had great tostadas de ceviche there for about $3.00 each.
Not all El Taco Llamas are owned by the same people, so those are the only two I recommend.

El Taco Llama on Magnolia is my "home" taco stand
Their Al Pastor is god (90% of the time). I know it's hella gringo, but I absolutely love their hard shell tacos. I won't eat hardshell tacos anywhere but here. Great beans as well.
Next up is the taco truck in front of 7-11, at the corner of vineland/victory. Great suadero, a bit greasier than El Taco Llama.
