Restaurant recommendation for group 30th birthday dinner

I'm looking for a downtown Manhattan restaurant with a private/semi-private room for a 30th birthday dinner with around 15 friends. I've looked into Bobo, which has a small private garden area, but am worried about the $65/pp menu (I wish I could afford to pay for all my friends, but living in the city doesn't allow me that much extra spending $$!). I don't need a place with food like EMP, but would like good food, good drinks and fun atmosphere.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I literally JUST did this search last week for a friend who threw an impromptu group dinner on a Friday evening at 9 (with a couple day's notice). From the list of spots that I reached out to (there were tons), here are some that did not require prix-fixe menus and/or did not have a steep prix-fixe:
