Opera Garnier - Pre/Post Meal

I am going to a Ballet performance at the Opera Garnier on a Monday in early May, which starts at 7:30 pm.

- Would you recommend getting a bite pre or post performance? I am assuming we will probably be done by 10:30ish.

- What would be your top recommendations for said meal? I want to avoid a touristy, overpriced place and would look for a restaurant with good food, bustling crowd, type of place.
