BLT Burger for lunch???

I am looking for a burger for lunch next week. I like Burger Bar but thought I'd try something new. I'd love to have the Daniel Boulud but I guess they only do dinner. Is BLT a good alternative?

I'd put BLT Burger on par with Burger Bar. They don't seem to have as many options as Burger Bar does, but they had everything I wanted. The portions aren't huge, but seem a bit right to me. The shakes are excellent.

I actually went to both, and thought BLT Burger kicked Burger Bar's ass big time. BLT Burger had a special prime rib burger that day with a horseradish sauce that was really excellent. And I still tell people about the berry milkshake even tho I generally don't get excited over milkshake. But theirs sure brings the boys AND girls in the yard '-)

Spago is running a Snake Rivers Kobe Beef burger that kicks both of those burgers asses. Cost is about $19 and the quality of meat is superb. They will make it any way you like it, with whatever you want on your burger.

How would you compare Spago's with Bradley Ogden's? BO's one is $19 and great.

Purely on meat, I love Bradley Ogden's because you get that great steak taste and does not need condiments. I think the condiments would just mask the flavor of the steak anyways.

But overall, I love the one at Spago simply because I am a sucker and love bacon cheeseburgers with their housemade Russian dressing, Vermont cheddar, and the fries are a lot better. With all of that on the burger, the great taste of the Snake Rivers Wagyu still comes which is why I it gets my choice.
