ISO crecipe for chocolate dipped macaroons!
The prices of macaroons, even the canned ones, are outrageous this year. 2 cans for $7 at the market for the mass produced ones, and $11.95 for a dozen at the kosher market for the ones that come from a local kosher bakery. The ingredients seem so simple- does anyone have a good recipe for Kosher for Passover chocolate dipped macaroons?

I don't know if they are kosher, but Alton Browns recipe is the best I ever made and/or had EVER! http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/pa... (My friend Craig said I make a damn good macaroon for a non-Jew) I just love coconut!
