The chucrute is great, although I like it better to share since it's such absurdly rich meaty. All the salads are pretty good. Burger-lovers love their burgers. The Vesper Brett meat and the cheese platters are very nice and well-chosen. The sauerbraten was the least popular thing on our table -- something was off in the sweet-sourness, and I wasn't too impressed with the fish. It's a great place for pork.
