EAT on Dumaine Big Enough for Party of 10?

I'm hosting a bridal brunch for about 10 women in a few weeks. I planned on doing it at EAT, but they don't take reservations. Can they accommodate 10 people on a Saturday morning? Would it be best to go at 11 am or 1 pm?

Have you tried explaining your situation already? They may allow you a reservation given a) it's a bridal brunch and b) the number of people. I'm not sure if either time would be better...

If you aren't confined to the French Quarter I know Elizabeth's in the Bywater has space upstairs that should accommodate 10 people. They serve a delicious brunch as well.

We did a group of 8 at EAT for NYE in '08 and fit good in the area when you first walk in. We did have reservations. You might be able to fit a table of 10 in the other area. I'd call and ask what they can do. They are very accommodating.

EAT's pretty small. Unless you can arrange something in advance, I'd try something else. I wouldn't want to host a brunch for 10 with no reservations and hope for the best.
