Hi Everyone!!

I have recently decided to purchase a staub dutch oven. Does anyone know where Staub cookware is sold in Montreal, Quebec?

Thanks so much!!!

Am pretty sure I've seen it at La Soupière on Ste-Catherine, just west of Guy.

On the off-chance you have not yet bought yourself any Staub Dutch ovens yet , Maxie & Cie have some PC Maison enamelled cast iron casseroles and dutch ovens on sale at 20% off list and this weekend have a "no sales tax" special on.

These pots are made in France and I believe by Staub for PC as they have the signature Staub dimples on the lids and the dark matte enamel interior.

There are 4 sizes : a round 3.86 qts; an oval dutch oven approx. 5.8 qts ( I do not remember the exact size) ; a round 6.23 qts dutch oven. These 3 are in a red colour with metal handles and knob. There is also a 7 qt ( not sure of the exact size) round dutch oven in white. The prices range from $ 63.99 for the smallest size to 79.99 for the two largest sizes.

This is the cheapest I have seen any french made cast iron enamelled cookware in Montreal. I don't think many people are aware that PC is selling these items. I have only seen them in the Maxi & Cie store and not at Loblaws.
I picked up the small and the large round red pots as I already have a cuisitot oval at 4.6 qts. This will round off my collection very well.

I just bought a 6-7 quart le creuset (Round in Cherry red) at costco 2 days ago for $199 and its not a second quality! You can also find the kirkland brand at $49.99...Large sizes only at Costco!

Some cooks say its better then Staub :) Happy shopping
