OC salt-packed anchovies?

Anyone know of a source for salt-packed anchovies in Orange County? Claro's used to have them on the counter, but does no longer.

I'd be willing to invest in the kilo tin if that is what is available, but would prefer being able to buy in smaller increments.

Claro's in Tustin always has them.

On my last several visits Claro's hasn't, although for years they did, on top of the deli counter.

Have you seen them there recently?

I have seen them at the service deli of the Super King in LA. So you might try their Anaheim store.

Possibly Angelo's deli in Seal Beach. They used to sell them, but call and ask Angelo first to double check. Get a torpedo sandwich while you're there!
