[Sheffield] Visa Renewal Blues

NewYorker in London Mar 20, 2010 08:47 AM

Last minute dash to the home office in Sheffield to renew my visa and I have 1 sunday night dinner to contend with in Sheffield. Anyone have any recs? I've seen some very out of date posts on sheffield from a few years back but we all know that restaurant quality changes over time. Looking for something fairly casual where I can bring my kids but still has some decent food. All help appreciated.

Was thinking about Nonna's but saw that recent reviews on tripadvisor have turned really negative.

Shame about Nonna's. I have never had a bad meal there, but perhaps they have over expanded and suffered as a consequence. They are very, very good with kids there, so may still be worth a try.

There is a very decent Chinese seafood place on The London Road called Dim Sum, that could be worth a shot. Not sure of their opening hours

    Hope this helps
