Diastatic Malt Powder

I want to make a mash bread recipe and I need some Diastatic Malt Powder. Anyone seen it Toronto?

I'm looking for this too. I couldn't find it at Noah's and the Big Carrot is a bit out of the way for me (I'm located in the Annex). Has anyone seen it anywhere else?

People seem to make a post asking about this every year. This is a common beer making ingredient. Back when I was heavily into brewing beer at home, I had large bags of diastatic malt powder. You should be able to buy it at any homebrewing supply store. The syrup should work also, it does not have to be the powder version.

You can usually get it at any good heath food store like the Big Carrot or Noahs. Self brew wine and beer shops often have it as well.
