Market Basket Customer service- a rave!

So, yesterday I was at the Somerville MB and first, as I was walking down the aisles looking at the overhead signs, an employee stopped to ask me if I needed help finding anything.

Then, a few minutes later, a manager came up to me and said "I noticed your cart seems to have a bum wheel-- would you like me to get you a new one?" It did have a clanky wheel which I had been ignoring, but it was pretty annoying. So, I said "sure." He said "keep shopping, I'll catch up to you with a new one." And he did, and helped move my groceries to the new cart.

I know people complain about sawdust on the floor, crowded aisles, etc, but I've never had customer service like that at any other supermarket!
