New restaurant in Frenchtown, NJ
You can find River Blue Cafe in charming Frenchtown, NJ Hunterdon County. Easy to find, the purple cafe in the center of town has a new owner and a new name. I stopped by this morning for breakfast with a few friends. I ordered my usual staple, blueberry pancakes with a side of home fries and a grilled tomato. My friends ordered the eggs and sausage, banana pancakes and crispy bacon. Our order was perfect no mistakes, hot and yummy. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the Cafe is bright and clean with plenty of elbowroom and a nice looking cherry wood countertop. Will definitely go back to tryout the lunch menu. Great looking salads and everyone was raving about the corn beef.
