For making sandwiches--done Torrisi's and Faicco's, looking for good, basic, flattened and breaded way up. Any ideas?

Thanks, guys. Pbjluver, are Agata's cooked? The only ones I've seen are the uncooked ones in the butcher section.

I gather you're looking for breaded, fried chicken cutlets? Go to Schaller & Weber.

Yes, the breaded uncooked ones in the poultry section.

Best too cook yourself so they are not dried out.
Only takes a few minutes in a large sauce pan
