Vietnamese, the food courts at the Grand Century mall and next to the Tully Rd. Lion supermarket are amazing. I think the latter somewhat shuts down after lunch. My Khe Quan Hue's good, too.

Chez Sovan for Cambodian. Two locations - one in Campbell and the other in San Jose. Campbell location has larger menu selection and white table cloths. San Jose location caters more to dine and dash lunch crowd.
