Edmonton – quick after work food to go

It's been a few years since I lived in Edmonton... tomorrow I'm driving in from the south side, and I told my friend I'd grab a quick/easy nosh on the way, as we only have about a half-hour before we have to head out to a concert. My first instinct is to stop at Sunterra Market. I also considered Parkallen Restaurant for some fatouche, humous, etc.,, but a peek at their website shows they're not open. Vietnamese salad rolls from Pagolac? Maybe....

.... any other ideas? As mentioned, I'm coming in from Highway 2 South, and am only going into the Forest Heights area, just north of Holyrood/Bonnie Doon.
