Any good restaurants near Universal City?

I may be seeking the impossible. I need one lunch and one dinner for a group of about 10. Trying to keep the dinner at under $30pp w/ tip (no alcohol) and the lunch obviously cheaper.

Henry's Hat might be a decent option for lunch. Anything else out there?

Ca de Sole is pretty good but is pushing your price point.

Mantee! It's just a couple blocks away from Universal, on Ventura. Really fantastic Armenian/Mediterranean food.

I'm not sure how I overlooked the other recommendations of this place, but the menu reads very enticingly, and it looks like a very cute little place. So thanks for bringing it to my (obviously poor) attention. Next time we are out that way it would be on my short list of places to try.

I have had drinks and appetizers at D'Cache in Toluca Lake and thought it was both tasty and a nice setting. Whether or not you think the price point matches up or not I will leave up to you.
