Travel containers for mixers?

EraserGirl Mar 18, 2010 09:05 AM

i make my own grenadine and such
but squirt bottles don't travel well

can anyone recommend good leak proof containers for cocktailing?
preferable something of a moderate size for travel

    rumrunners. Great for anything liquid.

I've had good luck with plastic soda bottles when traveling -- generally 16-20 oz and 1 liter ones, but any size should work. They don't break, they're cheap/available, and have never leaked on me.

If you don't mind using store bought pomegranate juice, the POM bottle has worked nicely for me. Really stands out, and no need to mark what the bottle is. :)

Like yarm, I also use empty water bottles for most of my bottling. They may not be ideal for everyone, but they do the trick for me.

I use small and large Woozy bottles like hot sauce comes in and small and medium Boston bottles with drippers and atomizers.
