I went to CSB last Friday at 11:00 AM and I was told the wait would be an hour for 4 people. It ended up being about 45 minutes. The pancakes were great, and well worth the wait. I think the wait is shorter if you arrive earlier.

I went with 2 others about a month ago at 9am and was seated immediately. By the time we left an hour or so later, people were waiting outside.
