Need a Downtown LA restaurant with a private room for a Saturday night business dinner
Hi gang,
Need some recs for a suitable venue...
I'm hosting the CEO and some office staff for a celebratory business dinner in May, on a Saturday night. We expect a party of 12-20 adults in attendance.
Criteria:
Downtown LA (but we're willing to branch out a bit, if the venue is worthy)
Private room a must - not too noisy a venue, please...
Budget: Up to $175pp, once all said and done, but that's flexible
Any cuisine - Our group is hound-ish.
It's a business dinner with the CEO, so not too boozy. Wine & cocktails are certainly OK, though.
As always, Thanks in advance!
J.L.

What about Drago Centro? They have that great bank vault private room that should be able to accomodate you and awesome food:

Great recommendation. :) I second Drago Centro's Bank Vault Room.
J.L., if you reserve it in enough time, you can arrange for Chef Drago to customize a tasting menu for you and your guests.

I feel like most of the nicer restaurants downtown have private rooms. Maybe throw in some more criteria to narrow it down even further. If I had that budget, I'd do mozza or providence.
